Return and Refund Policy

TIME ALLOWANCE

Our return policy is effective for 30 days from date of delivery. Refunds are offered if a return is requested within 15 days from delivery, and store credit will be issued if a return is requested within 30 days from delivery. Please send an email to support@milanpets.com with your full name, order number, item description and the reason for your return. Any request for return, exchange, or refund beyond 30 days of delivery will politely be denied due to cost incurred during delivery and restocking.

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition and original packaging that you received it. If any of these requirements are not met, your request may be denied or conditionally approved with a 15% fee. 

OUR RESPONSIBILITY

We make it our mission to provide you with top quality products. If our product does not meet the quality we promise due to a manufacturing defect or a difference in sizing, we are happy to assist you and replace or refund the item. 

All orders are guaranteed for delivery. If orders are not delivered due to circumstances beyond our control, please contact us and a replacement item will immediately be ordered and delivered. The replacement item will be shipped to the original shipping address listed at the time the original order was placed.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

Please make sure to read our item descriptions carefully. It is your responsibility to order the correct item, size, and color, and to enter your shipping information correctly. Any item that arrives with a different quality or at a different address due to your own error will not qualify for a refund. Please bear in mind that the color of product photos may be slightly different from the actual items due to lighting and monitor display settings.

We ship the exact item(s) that you select at time of purchase. If you need to change your order, please email us within 6 hours of ordering and we will try our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes to your order, and a refund will not be granted. See our order change or cancellation policy here.

REQUEST INSTRUCTIONS

In order for us to fully ascertain the extent of your concern, please email us with the subject line "Order #XXXXX Return Request" and include a photo of the product defect (please use a quantifying object for sizing issues), a detailed description, and your name used at checkout. We will respond within 24 hours of your email along with further instructions.

NOTIFICATION

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item along with the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

REFUND PROCESSING

If your refund request is approved, we immediately process your refund back to your original payment method at the full value of the product. Please be advised that we are not able to refund you any shipping fee that you incurred as part of your order because these fees are paid directly to our shipping affiliates such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx and their service is nonrefundable. It may take 3-5 business days for your bank to process your refund and for your refund to reflect on your bank statement. Please contact your bank or credit card provider first before contacting us.
