Shipping and Handling

SHIPPING INFORMATION
We offer trackable shipping anywhere in the United States with a standard shipping time of 3-5 business days* depending on the time of order and size of parcel**. We partner with USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure that your product arrives secured and on time.
*Deliveries might take longer than expected because of incorrect shipping address, bad weather, stringent customs clearance procedures, or any other unavoidable circumstances. COVID-19 measures may prolong the shipping time to 4-7 business days.
**Import duties, charges and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are ultimately the buyer's responsibility.
 
We also offer trackable same-day shipping if the order was sent before 1PM EST Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Orders sent after 1PM EST Monday-Friday, weekends, and holidays will be shipped the following business day. 
ORDER CONFIRMATION

After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.

PROCESSING TIME
The order processing time might take 24-48 hours*. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you via email.
*If you place your order after 1PM EST on Friday, or over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), your order will be shipped the following business day.
ORDER PAYMENT

All customers are charged at the time of purchase. All payments are in USD. Paying in local currency means your home bank handles the currency conversion; they will convert the currency from USD to Local currency for you.

SEPARATE SHIPMENTS

When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. Due to warehouse locations and product availability, items may be shipped in separate shipments. You may receive one item before the next. We do this so that you can get your items as fast as possible. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.

ORDER CHANGE OR CANCELLATION

To cancel or make any changes to your order, you may contact us within 6 hours of your receipt of order at support@milanpets.com. Any cancellation or changes requested after 6 hours will no longer be accepted*. To ensure timely delivery, we process your orders within 12 hours and changes to orders cannot be made once they are sent to our shipping affiliates.

*If we are able to capture your cancellation or change request after 6 hours, you will be charged a fee of 15% of your total purchase.
